Time Zones

Article Summary

Account Time Zone

This time zone corresponds to the organization account. Users may view Account Time Zone from Account Settings page. Contact AlertOps Support to change the account time zone.

User Time Zone

This time zone is personalized to each user. At any time, users can update their user time zone through the My Profile page. If a user time zone is not selected, the account time zone will be used as the default time zone.

Setting the User Time Zone

  1. Click My Profile in the top right corner of the application.
  2. Next to Time Zone, select the corresponding time zone from the drop-down menu.
  3. Click the green checkmark to save.

Schedule Time Zone

This time zone is selected when creating a schedule. Group Admins, App Admins, Admins, and Owner users may change the schedule time zone by editing and updating it on the Schedule Details page.

Setting a Schedule Time Zone

  1. Click Groups & Schedules from Configuration.
  2. Select the a group.
  3. Create or select a shift.
  4. Select the corresponding time zone from the drop-down menu.
  5. Click Submit.
