Article Summary

Email reminders for group schedules can be configured from the Groups & Schedules page.  Navigate to the Schedule tab and click the Email Schedule button to receive email reminders for all active users during the chosen period. 

A dialogue box will appear with a check box to enable email reminders. Once checked, you can choose the time (hour and day of week) the schedule reminder will be emailed, as well as day of the week you wish the reminder to begin.  You may choose to send the current weeks schedule, or the next weeks schedule.
