September 2024
We’re thrilled to announce a range of powerful updates that enhance usability, security, and access control within AlertOps. Here’s what’s new
- No Contacts View Role Access
We’ve added a new access entitlement that allows users to view other users within the system / their groups while restricting visibility to their contact methods. This feature enhances privacy and security, ensuring sensitive information remains confidential while promoting teamwork and collaboration among team members. - Inbound Integration Authentication
To bolster the security of our Inbound Integration APIs, we now require authentication via an API Key before any incoming events are processed. This critical update ensures that only events that are properly authenticated will have data processed by AlertOps, safeguarding your information and providing peace of mind when integrating custom solutions. - Updated Email Filters UI
Our email filters interface has been redesigned to align with the layout of our Inbound API Integrations. The new UI features clearly labeled fields corresponding to email parameters, making it easier to filter tags, keywords, subject, body, and senders. Enjoy a more intuitive experience as you build filter rules for your email alerts! - Minor Bug Fixes for a Smoother UI Experience
We’ve addressed several minor bugs to enhance user experience across various sections of AlertOps. This includes improvements to the Integrations Page, the Create Alerts view, and the Alerts List Page. These fixes ensure a more seamless and enjoyable experience as you manage your alerts and integrations. - Message Sorting in Mobile Apps
We’ve introduced a message sorting feature within our mobile apps, allowing you to organize alert thread messages in both ascending and descending order. This enhancement improves usability and readability, making it easier to track conversations and follow up on critical alerts while on the move.
