Product Updates: Navigation, Custom Fields, and Integration Enhancements

We're excited to introduce several new features and improvements designed to enhance your AlertOps experience.  

🐛 Minor Bug Fixes: We've addressed various bugs to enhance reliability and performance. These fixes include improvements in time zone handling, UI glitches, and more, ensuring smoother operations across the platform.

🗂 New Feature: Dashboard to Alert List Navigation
You can now seamlessly navigate from the Dashboard to the Alert List by clicking Open, Assigned, or Resolved alerts. The date range set on the Dashboard is automatically applied to the custom date field on the Alert List, providing a more efficient way to manage alerts.

👥 New Feature: User/Group Selection for Alert Replies
A new user/group radio button is available when replying to alerts, simplifying the process of selecting recipients for communication.

💻 UI Enhancement: Improved List Page Usability
Across all modules, we've made the list pages more user-friendly. The delete icon now turns black when you hover over a row, and red when ready to be clicked. This update makes the interface more intuitive for managing records.

🔗 New Integration: Halo PSA
We’ve added outbound integration support for Halo PSA, providing more streamlined alert management across your systems.

🖥 Additional UI Updates:

• Schedule dates in On Call Reports now maintain proper alignment when exported to PDF.
• Dialog boxes now default to the 'Submit' button, improving form submission efficiency.
• The term “Update” is being replaced with “Edit” across the platform for better clarity and consistency.
