Product Updates: Enhanced Workflows, Bulk Operations, and New Integrations

We're excited to introduce several new features and improvements designed to enhance your AlertOps experience.  

🐛 Minor Bug Fixes: We’ve addressed several UI and functional issues to ensure smoother operations across the platform, including login improvements, holiday management fixes, and service status UI tweaks.

🗂 New Feature: Time-Based Workflow Notifications
When setting up scheduled workflows, users are now informed to add a time-based condition, ensuring workflows execute as expected without missing key timing details.

🔗 New Feature: Links to Integrations, Users, and Escalations
On the alert, integration, escalation, and workflow pages, links have been added for easier navigation to respective integrations, users, and escalations, streamlining the workflow for users.

🖥 New Feature: Message Sorting in Alert Details
Alerts can now be sorted in the Alert Detail screen, improving the ability to view and manage messages in an organized manner.

📄 New Feature: Outbound Integration Template Page
The Outbound Integration Template page now mirrors the design and functionality of the Inbound Integration page, offering a consistent and streamlined user experience.

🛠 New Feature: Maintenance Cancellation Functionality
Users can now cancel planned maintenance directly from the Service Status page. A new button for "Cancel Maintenance" has been added with options to notify subscribers by email, providing full control over maintenance scheduling.

👥 New Feature: Bulk Permission Change for Escalation Policies
A bulk operation feature has been added, allowing users to quickly change permissions from Edit to View across multiple escalation policies. This update improves efficiency when managing large numbers of policies.

🔧 UI Fixes for Service Status
Improvements have been made to the Service Status page, removing unnecessary scroll bars and ensuring clean highlighting of impacted services.

💼 Bug Fix: Holiday Pointer and Time Issues in Administration
We resolved bugs related to holiday management, including pointer errors and time display issues reported within the Administration module.

✉️ Bug Fix: Billing Email Validation
Uppercase letters and complex alphanumeric combinations are now supported in billing email fields, ensuring proper validation and flexibility in email entry.
