We are proud to announce the integration of AlertOps with HaloITSM and HaloPSA, offering a robust solution for managing incidents and alerts with greater efficiency and precision.

🔗 Seamless Inbound Integration: This integration enables HaloITSM and HaloPSA to send alerts directly to the AlertOps platform. With predefined status mappings, alerts are converted into actionable incidents in AlertOps, ensuring quick and effective response to critical issues.

🎚️ Flexible and Simple API/Webhook Configuration: The integration leverages AlertOps’ flexible API/Webhook feature, making it easy to set up and manage. Users can define specific rulesets in AlertOps, ensuring that alerts from HaloITSM and HaloPSA are correctly assigned to the appropriate teams based on escalation policies and schedules.

🔄 Real-Time Alert Processing: Once the integration is configured, any new tickets or status updates in HaloITSM and HaloPSA trigger corresponding incidents in AlertOps. This includes automatic incident creation for new alerts and closure for resolved issues, streamlining the entire alert management process.

👀 In-Depth Monitoring: Within AlertOps, users can monitor message logs and alert-specific information in the “Inbound Log” section and view alerts in the ‘Alerts’ tab, providing a comprehensive overview of all incident activities.
