We are excited to introduce a range of new features in both the WebApp and Mobile App designed to enhance your user experience and streamline your operations management. Here’s a look at what’s new in the latest release:  

Enhanced Role-Based Intervals in Escalation Policies

We're thrilled to announce a significant enhancement to our Escalation Policies (EP) within the AlertOps Web App. With the new Role-Based Interval Configuration, your incident response can now be more nuanced and tailored.

• Customizable Intervals: Set specific time intervals for escalations between different roles, such as from Primary to Secondary responders, allowing for more precise control over alert escalations. 
• Enhanced Flexibility: This feature offers the flexibility to have varying intervals depending on the role hierarchy, which ensures that critical alerts are managed according to the urgency and expertise required. 
• Streamlined Operations: By allowing different intervals between roles, your team can optimize response times and improve overall incident resolution efficiency.

How It Works

You can now configure unique intervals that define how long after the primary role the secondary (or subsequent roles) should be alerted. This allows for a strategic layering of notifications tailored to the structure and needs of your team. 

Mobile App: Customizable Home Screen Alert Details

Enhance your mobile incident management with our new customizable Home Screen Options for Alert Details. This feature enables you to personalize how you view alerts, directly impacting your efficiency on the go.

• Personalized Viewing: Choose your default alert view between Details and Messages to suit your workflow preferences. 
• Immediate Access: Faster access to the information that matters most, speeding up your response times when every second counts. 
• User-Centric Design: Tailored to fit individual preferences for a more intuitive user experience.  

How It Works

In the settings menu, you can select your preferred default view for when you tap on an alert. Whether you want a quick overview of the message thread or the detailed context of the alert, the choice is yours. 

Mobile App: Persistent Alert Filters  

We are pleased to introduce Persistent Filters in our Mobile App, a feature designed to maintain your chosen alert filters every time you use the app. 

Benefits

• Seamless User Experience: Return to the app with your last-used filters already applied, saving you time and effort. 
• Consistent Context: Keep your operational context consistent between sessions, enhancing decision-making and alert management. 
• Customized Interaction: Adjust and save your filter preferences to focus on the alerts that are most critical to your role and responsibilities.

How It Works

When you apply filters to sort or prioritize alerts, these settings will now be saved automatically. The next time you open the app, your filters will be active, presenting you with a tailored view of alerts right away.
