On-call reminders ensure that users receive timely notifications before their shift begins. You can set reminders in days, hours, or minutes—up to 14 days in advance. Note that reminders become active 15 minutes after you save them. This guide shows how to create and customize on-call reminders in AlertOps.


Prerequisites

  • A valid AlertOps account with permission to edit your profile and reminder settings.

  • At least one on-call schedule exists for your user or team.

  • Your email and mobile device (with AlertOps app) are verified under your profile.


1. Log in at app.alertops.com.

2. Navigate to your Profile from the dropdown.

3. Within your User Profile click edit to the right of the On-Call Reminders Section


4. After configuring Email and/or Push offsets, click the green checkmark to Save
