Account Settings

Article Summary

Account Settings contains all information regarding your AlertOps account.

From the AlertOps web application, navigate to Account Settings from the top right-hand side of the screen and click Account Settings. 

Account Settings is only accessible to Account Owner and App Admin roles.


Summary

Expiration Date

The date listed in Account Settings corresponds to the trial expiration date. For subscribed accounts, this will reflect the renewal date for the account.

Time Zone

This time zone corresponds to the organization account. Contact AlertOps Support to change the account time zone.

Users

This reflects the number of available user licenses available to your account.

Plan

The plan displays the current account package subscription or trial.


SSO

Configure account Single Sign-On here. For more information on SSOs or for specific SSO information, visit the SSO section.


Notifications Summary

Notifications Summary displays hourly and monthly notification limits for this account categorized by notification type.
